TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

The site http://stg.gamma.com.co.whosting.website/ (hereafter, the “Site”) is owned by Organización Corona and its related companies, understood as such by its affiliated companies or subsidiaries; those where it has a participation greater than fifty per (50%) of the capital and/or that belong to the business group, those resulting from its fusion or spin-off or those that control it as a parent company.

The access, participation, use of all information contained therein, including the Content, Services and Software provided in the same (collectively referred to as the Site) are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below, which are understood to be known and accepted by the users of the site (the “User”).

1. General conditions to be observed in the use of the Site

Each user must comply with the Terms and Conditions set as well as with the applicable law for the use of the site. Among others, the following General conditions must be observed:

1. The User may not distribute, modify, copy, transmit, display, use, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, assign, transfer, sell or otherwise use the Content or Software of the Site without prior, express and in writing authorization by Corona Organization.

Any controversy that arises around the Site, its contents, operation, etc., must be processed and resolved before the Judges of the Republic of Colombia in accordance with Colombian law.
2. In case of questions about the Terms or Conditions of Use described above, the user must contact Corona Organization through the link Contact Us, located in the Home of this Site or, if you prefer, directly to Corona e-mail.

• Ownership of the Site content (intellectual property)

This website and all its contents, including but not limited to all information, data, software, photographs, graphics, videos, fonts, music, sounds and any other material (collectively “Content”) are protected by applicable law in the area of copyright, trademarks, patents, designs or other intellectual property rights. All content is the property of Corona Organization or its related companies. It is forbidden the total or partial reproduction of this content, its translation, storage , or acces by analog, digital means or any other system or technology created or to be created; copy, modify, delete Content, transfer, sale, lease or rent, or create derivative works or in any way the commercial exploitation of the Content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization of Corona Organization.

However, it is possible to download material from http://stg.gamma.com.co.whosting.website/ for personal and non-commercial use, provided that express mention is made of ownership of the Content on the same webpage.
Links to other websites, other than those of which Corona Organization and/or its related companies are proprietary, are offered as a service to users. Neither Corona Corona Organization nor its related companies were involved in its production and therefore are not responsible for its content. • Privacy and Confidentiality of Information

It is the interest of Organización Corona and its affiliated companies to protect the privacy of personal information and/or the purchase information of the User obtained through the Site, agreeing to adopt a policy of confidentiality as set forth below.

The User may request his personal information not be delivered by Corona Organization to its affiliated companies and/or subsidiaries, and/or third parties, by sending an e-mail to the address misdatos@corona.com.co in which case Corona Organization will not deliver such information except in case it is required by court order or to protect the property rights or any other right or guarantee of Corona Organization.

Despite all the efforts in security and confidentiality of the information of the Users of the site, Corona Organization and its related companies are not responsible for any consequences derived from the improper entry of third parties to the database and/or any technical failure in the operation and/or conservation of data in the system in any of the chapters of the Site.

Corona Organization does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties can not be aware of the type, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of Users’ utilization of the Site.

• Databases and Information

Whoever performs the registration form accepts that his/her data is incorporated into the Corona Organization databases and/or its related companies. In any case, the User may at any time request the withdrawal of his or her personal information from the Corona Organization databases and/or its related companies, for which this one must send an e-mail to misdatos@corona.com.co, in whose case will lose the privileges derived from the registry. Likewise, the User may modify or update the information provided at any time by entering the User Zone on the Site.

• Special Conditions for Participation on the Site

1. Conditions of Use for entering the Site and to ensure proper and proper use of the Site, the User acknowledges in the head of Corona Organization the following powers:

5. Corona Organization does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Site. When this is reasonably possible, Corona Organization will previously warn of disruptions in the operation of the Site. Corona also does not guarantee the usefulness of the Site for the performance of any particular activity, nor its infallibility and in particular, but not exclusively, that Users can effectively use the Site, access the different webpages or sections that form the Site.

Corona Organization shall not be liable for damages of any nature that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Site; for the fraud of the utility or trust that the Users may have attributed to the Site and the services offered; for the fallibility of the Site, and in particular, but not exclusively, to the failures in access to the different webpages or sections of the Site.

Corona does not control or guarantee, and therefore is not responsible for the presence of viruses or other elements in the contents of the Site that may cause alterations in the computer system (software and hardware) of the User or in electronic documents and Files stored in the User’s computer system.
8. It is the interest of Corona Organization to be a source of information with topical content of interest to Users. However, Corona Organization can not guarantee that this content is free of errors or inaccuracies, in which case clarifications or corrections may be requested as the case may be. Corona Organization also can not guarantee that the content of the Site is sufficient and/or useful for the User.
9. Corona Organization does not guarantee and therefore is not responsible for the legality, reliability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and usefulness of opinion columns, and/or opinions or contents of Users included in the Site.

2. Registration and User Participation

1. By entering the Site and ensuring the suitable and proper use of the Site, the User must comply with the following:
